JetKVM is a low-cost network-enabled KVM that's currently a “Kickstarter” with purchase as a late backer reward.

• I late backed on May 3, 2025. I ordered 3 JetKVMs, 2 DC power extensions, and 1 ATX power extension.
• I got a shipping confirmation email, asking for my address on May 27, 2025.
• I got a “reward has been packaged” notification on May 29, 2025.
• I got a “Your reward has been dispatched” notification May 30, 2025.
• I got a “Your reward is with a local shipping courier” notification on June 3, 2025.
• I asked for an update on June 20, 2025, because the tracking information didn't show any results.
  • In Japan shipping companies tell you if the tracking code isn't registered, and in this case, nobody says it's registered.
• I got an AI reply on July 1, 2025, which was unhelpful.
• I replied with a prompt injection attack on July 1, 2025.
• JetKVM support setup a replacement device on July 2, 2025. I got a “Confirm your shipping address for JetKVM” email.
• I got the “Your JetKVM reward has been packed” email on July 7, 2025.
• I got the “Your reward has been dispatched” email on July 9, 2025.
• It actually arrived on July 16, 2025!
• I confirmed everything is working with at least one JetKVM and DC power on July 17, 2025.
