 There are various reasons as to why I wouldn't want to work with a certain company. I feel like nobody publishes these in a list or canonical format, but I am! I've used enough service providers/companies or been tangentially aware of bad practices at them for long enough that I either actively or passively avoid them, or tell people not to use them.
